How to start using the Lifeness app.
You need to be invited by a health clinic to use Lifeness. But there are two ways to approach it; You can create an user before you recive an invite OR you can wait untill you recive the invitation from your clinic.
But the absolutely first thing you need to do is download the Lifeness app from either Google Play or App store
1. You created a user before reciving invitation.
If you wish to create a user before reciving your invitation you can, but you will not be able to use Lifeness until you have accepted an invitation to join a clinic.
1. Download the Lifeness app and press "Create new user".
2. Please follow the instructions on screen and remember to register with the same email as the clinic registered you with.
3. When you recive the email from your clinic please log in to the app.
4. Here you can accept the invitation to join your clinic. If you whish you can also decline the invitation.
2. You create a user when you recive invite from clinic
If you choose to wait until you recive an invite from the clinic you can that.
1. You will recive an email from your clinic to the email adress you gave them.
2. Please click on the link in said email. This will open the app if you have it installed, if not please download it from Google Play (Android) or App Store (ios).
3. From there please follow the instructions on screen and remember you have to use the same email adress as you gave to the clinic when registering your user.
