My prescription code is expiring

You’ll get a reminder 14 days before your prescription ends. Get a new code from your provider and enter it in settings to keep access. If it expires first, you’ll lose access until you add the new code.

You'll receive a notification about 14 days before your prescription ends. This reminder is there to give you enough time to plan ahead and avoid any interruption in your access.

When you get this notification, it is a good moment to schedule a meeting with your provider and request a new prescription code. Setting up this meeting in advance helps make sure everything is ready before your current prescription runs out.

Once you have received your new code, you can add it in the settings. Keeping your code up to date in the settings ensures that your prescription stays active without issues.

If your current prescription expires before you enter the new code, you will have to add the new code before you can gain access to your account again. After entering the new code, your access will be restored and you can continue using the service as normal.
